This project was made in the master course "Service design 1: Methods and tools" in 2020. The brief was "How can meals provided in public institutions impact health, life quality, sustainability and equality in our society?".
Due to Corona this project was made fully remote. We did desk research, tiny tests and timelapse, interviews, scenario testing and workshops through Zoom and Miro.
