Background:

This project was made in the master course "Service design 2: Service Design Futures" in 2021. Our research question was "How may we improve the experience for next of kin in the transfer from hospital to home?"

Methods:

Due to Corona this project was made fully remote. We did desk research, interviews, scenario testing, user testing and workshops through Zoom and Miro. We were lucky to talk with 2 patients, 3 next of kin and 8 service providers from both Sunnas hospital and Larvik municipality.
