This project was made in the master course "Service design 1: Methods and tools" in 2020. The brief we got from Airthings was "if Airthings would offer an air-quality-as-a-service, how do we need to think differently about the customer experience?".
Throughout the process we have had 1 workshop with Airthings, 10 in-depth interviews/user tests and 5 scenario tests. We also got a device to test for our self. To develop our concept ides we used the method forced associations (key finding + unique strengths/established truth/trends = design challenge). Other methods we used was actor mapping, service safari and story telling
Based on our research and interviews we landed on the design challenge "How can Airthings use their knowledge to teach the costumers how to build new habits to creating and maintaining a healthy indoor climate."
